The C3 Roofing & Cladding team is proud to showcase the successful completion of a high-value project at Coville Court, Warrington, delivered with precision, expertise, and minimal disruption to the occupiers. Valued at approximately £650-£700k, this project demonstrates our ability to manage complex roofing works safely over live units.

Our team replaced two existing roof coverings using a Protan Single Ply Membrane, completing a total of 5,250m² across two roofs. The work was carefully planned and executed to ensure that all businesses below remained fully operational throughout the project, highlighting our commitment to safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The choice of the Protan Single Ply system provided a modern, durable solution, delivering long-term weatherproofing and resilience. The membranes were expertly installed, ensuring seamless overlays and a high-quality finish that will protect the building for decades to come.
